Ground Vehicle Training Communications System

ASTi was selected to provide a digital audio communications system to the newly-established Simulation Center at the Military Academy in Vyskov, Czech Republic. The facility's simulation capability consists of six simulated ground vehicles with three-man crew, an exercise director, an opposing forces (OPFOR) commander, brigade support, and response cells. The ground vehicle simulators are driven by Janus and ModSAF/OTB simulation software, and offer the Czech Republic Army the ability to successfully train these personnel in a flexible and realistic battlefield environment.

ASTi digital communications technology provides:

16 simulated network radios with terrain capability

Eight (8) network intercoms, including override channel

26 operator stations, each with Hand-Held Terminal

Network audio selection and playback for After-Action Review
