Job Description

As an Application/Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the operation and success of our company with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including:
  • Assisting customers with analyzing and defining their application and problem domains, and then engineering solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Working with the real-world military and commercial communications equipment data to produce sound and communications simulation models.
  • Identifying and developing product enhancements and new products to meet customer needs.
  • Leading and managing customer programs in a project engineering capacity.
  • Working with production team to define, produce, assemble and test customer solutions.
  • Providing solution installations, integrations, and general product technical support.
  • Traveling occasionally to military and commercial training sites to assist customers with product installation, integration and testing.
Finally, your responsibilities will not be limited only to the engineering domain—you will also be involved with Technical Sales, Marketing and Training:
  • Form customer relationships and develop business opportunities
  • Identify new requirements and opportunities for product enhancement and growth
  • Conduct technical training courses on product software and hardware
  • Visit customers and provide formal and informal product training and assistance

Requirements

  • Self-starting, ability to thrive in a small organization
  • Excellent communications
  • Experience with networking, systems, signal processing, Linux, Python, C
  • BS or MS in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering degree
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a clearance
