How do I simulate antennae gain effects?

Antenna gain may be set in two places within a radio, receiver or transmitter object. Page 1 of any of these objects contains the Antenna Gain field. This field may be changed dynamically by a host computer or simply scaled in the radio object. Adjusting this value affects the radio across all its modes. (Mode in this case applies to mode number and not transmit/receive).
The user may also set the AntGain value within the radio object. This scaling factor is fixed for a given radio mode number. This value may be adjusted up or down to enhance or degrade a radio's performance.
