We allow the insertion of jamming transmitters with a variety of jamming signals into the radio environment. This, then, has the appropriate effects upon the receiving radios based upon their range and power from the receiver.

Under Model Builder release 4.09 and higher the jammer object was enhanced to provide a full simulation of a wideband jammer both locally and networked. The jammer object was revised to allow an upper and lower frequency bound for the jamming spectrum to be specified. This change was coupled with a modification to the behavior of the radio objects to accurately model reception bandwidth and to integrate a jammer sound effect library connection into the radio.
