ASTi Selected as One of the "50 Great Places to Work" by the Washingtonian

November 21, 2013

Advanced Simulation Technology inc. (ASTi), a leading provider of network communications and radio simulation systems, proudly announces that it was selected as one of the "50 Great Places to Work" in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by the Washingtonian magazine. Winners of this biennial competition are selected by a panel of editors and writers who review corporate applications, and survey a total of more than 13,000 employees of all the candidate companies.

The Washingtonian's winning workplaces represent a variety of industries in the National Capital area, from government agencies and contractors to IT firms and nonprofit organizations. The awarded companies range in size from 19 employees to more than 70,000.

Selection criteria for this prestigious recognition include generous pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees. The most important factor in The Washingtonian's final determinations, however, are the scores given to a company by its own employees.
